Disney Planning Multiple #StarWars Series For It's Streaming Service

Disney CEO Bob Iger announces they are developing "...not just one, but a few Star Wars series specifically for the Disney direct to consumer app. While it is too early to reveal details, he adds, "I think you'll find the level of talent … on the television front will be rather significant as well."

In November, Iger announced a series was in development for their streaming service, as well as a new trilogy of films, from The Last Jedi director, Rian Johnson. In addition, there will also be another series of films from Game Of Thrones creators, David Benioff and J.B. Weiss.
