#Disney Content To Leave #Netflix In 2019? New #Streaming Service In The Works?

Bespin refugee - August 08, 2017
Almost a year after an exclusivity deal with Netflix was made, Disney announces the deal will end in 2019, as they will remove their films from Netflix, and launch their own streaming service. "The new Disney-branded service will become the exclusive home in the U.S. for subscription-video-on-demand viewing of the newest live action and animated movies from Disney and Pixar." It has not been decided how, or if, Marvel and Star Wars content will be affected.
