Weekly Star Wars Question & Answer Session With Hasbro's Star Wars Brand Team Week 1 Answers

Every Friday by 5 PM ET, TNI along with a few other select outlets will be able to submit 3 questions that we would like posed to the Hasbro's Star Wars brand team. All questions submitted will be reviewed and answers to a select few will be posted on https://www.Hasbro.com/StarWars the following Friday afternoon. Though only a sampling of all questions received will be posted to Hasbro?s site each week, they will make their best effort to respond directly to each editor with answers to all submitted questions. Here are the questions we sent in for week one along with Hasbro's answrers.

TNI: Are there any plans to re-release the classic Deathstar playset in the Saga line or possibly do a new version, perhaps a modular type playset that people buy in parts and then once they have all of them could combine to form one large playset?

Hasbro: As the saying goes, "great minds think alike." There has been a lot of discussion internally on whether this could be successful in today's market. However, we continue to see diminished demand for playsets. If we ever see the landscape changing, it's something we could take a look at in the future.

TNI: What are the current plans for the 6" Unleashed line of fiugres. Are they coming back and if so what figures can we expect to see and when?

Hasbro: We will re-release a selection of classic Unleashed figures in the fall with four exclusive figures - two figures at Wal-mart and two figures at Target - in an all-new tube-style packaging.

TNI: What are the plans for the VOTC line. Will there be future waves and if so any hints to what figures we might see released?

Hasbro: Not in 2006, but we're looking at what opportunities might exist for expanding the Vintage figure assortment in 2007.
