All the Batman Returns stuff came in stock via McFarlane's Walmart seller. It's all gone now as far as I can tell.

But I was able to grab another Shreck and Catwoman and I'm in Virginia. McFarlane's Walmart stuff is based in Nevada if I remember the shipping info correctly.
