This is the May'). On May 3rd, the
Hasbro Star Wars team had a livestream on the
Hasbro Pulse Youtube channel and announced a ton of cool stuff.
Darth Malgus! Ewoks! Another Mando! More Clonetroopers! Yay! ToyFarce heard that one thing that the team forgot to mention is that once the window packaging will be back in 2024, they are planning to
re-release all the figures from the
plastic-free packaging days with windows!
"Finally!" said a huge MIB/MOC Star Wars collector.
"I knew I was right to boycott the plastic-free packaging figures, and only buy one of each instead of two! I usually buy two to have one to display in box, and one to open (AKA "one to rock and one to stock"), but I couldn't see myself display the windowless boxes. It was just awfuuul! Now, when they re-release them with windows, I will be able to open the plastic-free packaging ones without feeling too sad, because the window boxes ones are better!", he added. (Yes, he still bought them and displayed them in box this whole time, but it will be better now...)
The
Star Wars: The Black Series 'windowless packaging with window' figures should be announced in early 2024. No news about the
Marvel Legends,
G.I.Joe Classified Series or
Power Rangers Lightning Collection teams yet.
