I hate to say it, but the answer is no one. Because no one will have a chance to do so. It's become clear over the last eight(?) years that Hot Toys makes these Star Wars vehicles with no intention of ever producing them for the sole purpose of showing them off to generate buzz. Then Howard Chan decorates his house with them.

They never released Rey's speeder or Anakin's Jedi Starfighter or either version of the Millenium Falcon cockpit or the TIE fighter or the TIE Interceptor. At six feet long and almost four feet wide, this is the biggest of the bunch, and it would be shocking if they ever sell it.
