The folks at
Yakface have gotten their hands on a package image for the recently announced
Star Wars: Black Series 6" Hunter figure. With it we see it has a different color than the other
Clone Wars animated series figures that have been released with the new mural style packaging. The other
Clone Wars figures are a lighter yellow, where here we see a darker redish color.
So who else will have this new red color/mural style packaging? It's probably safe to assume the other recently announced
Bad Batch figure
Crosshair will be included in this series, and there is info I have that says a
Wrecker figure is coming too.
Yakface suggests
Wrecker will be a
deluxe figure, which makes sense.
While I don't have any specific info on the final
Bad Batch member
Tech being released as of yet, I think it's a good bet he will be coming as well.
So will this new color be limited to only 4 figures, or will other Clone Wars animated series figures be included as well? I have info that suggests a
Darth Maul figure as well as
Aurra Sing are in the works. The
Darth Maul version should definitely be
Clone Wars Animated series based. I don't know about
Aurra. She was in the Clone Wars, but also appeared in the movies. If I had to guess
Aurra will be movie based even though she got more air time in the animated series.

It says Star Wars The Bad Batch in the package, they way other figures have the movie or series that they belong to. Isn't there a Bad Batch show coming? Maybe these are the first on a lineup from the upcoming show instead of being additions to the Clone Wars yellow packaging ones.
