Nope. It reminds me a lot of their Jabba's Palace Guard Lando, actually. You can tell who it's supposed to be, but the likeness really isn't there. While Sideshow will frequently nail an "artist's interpretation" of a comic book character, for the last several years at least, they have frequently struggled with the faces of real people.
