If there is someone out there excited by this more power to you and dont let anyone rain on your parade. That said, I dont get it.
To go even a step further though why did they pick these specific choices? I mean either way it doesnt really appeal to me but if it was my job to try to execute this thing why not make Vader the one in Santa Clause colors? Why not make Boba Fett be the one in a minty green bad Christmas sweater? I just think in addition to this not being an idea that appeals to me in general its also not that well executed.
