Finn, Poe, Lando and Palpatine are definates.I'd like to see them sooner than later. I'd also like to see Poe paced with BB-8. Palpatine should be a deluxe figure. More nights of ren would be nice too.
From your list I'd only want:

-Kijimi Bartender (MAYBE, I'd want it because JW, but I'm not sure where I'd put him... Next to the Cosmic Stan Lees when they make them?)

- Lt. Connix (these two for Rose to have company, feels lonely for her)
- Snap Wexley
- Empress Rey
- Finn
- Poe
I'm not sure I want more from this trilogy, tho. I enjoyed it but I think I have most characters I loved already in one way or another. If we got either Poe's X-Wing however... preferably the blue one... damn... I'd be all over it.
Though, honestly what I really want is for them to finish Rogue One's core team at least. That's my favorite SW property and I feel like it doesn't get the love it deserves. (No, I haven't watched the Mandalorian... it hasn't released in my country and I'm against piracy)

the younger and spirit versions of Luke & Leia, Palpatine, Gen Lando & Wedge, and "Dark Rey" all rank pretty high.
