A special breed of Imperial Stormtrooper, the Snowtrooper is trained to handle frigid biosphere environments across the galaxy, such as those of the ice planet Hoth.
Introduced in STAR WARS™ EPISODE V: THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, these specially-trained troopers were the first troopers to have their own distinct identity from your run-of-the-mill Imperial Stormtrooper.
Replicated from existing artifacts at Lucasfilm Archives, this suit features details never before seen on licensed costumes, right down to the worsted frock coat. Unlike other items that may proliferate the illegal rogue markets of the Empire, all armor pieces and buckets feature finished interiors for the maximal comfort and efficiency of the Imperial Snowtrooper. That also includes the environmental / air features built within the helmet, allowing the helmet to be worn longer periods at the time, even in less-than-arctic conditions.
Effective troopers deserve quality hardware and softgoods, and this was the basis of our mission statement when we began this project, and this is what we're delivering on. To further this, we've even made the backpack a functional item capable of carrying items to serve the Empire.
Suit ensemble features everything you will need to serve the Empire, with exception of the undergarments, socks and footwear, which you are to provide at your own discretion.
Ensemble Includes
•Helmet with finished, lined interior and adjustable helmet suspension rig, meant for even the largest heads.
•Built-in environmental / air system in helmet for comfort.
•Flat green lenses installed in helmet, as replicated from artifact.
•Vinyl falling buffe covering patterned in the style of the original artifact.
•Spaulders replicated from artifacts.
•Breastplate armor with replicated button and greeble details.
•Backplate with attached backpack, replicated from artifacts.
•Backpack designed to be functional, while replicating aesthetic appearance inspired by official artifacts.
•Codpiece replicated from artifacts.
•Vambrace replicated from artifacts.
•Decorative buckle with webbed belt, cloth pouches, and rear belt cylinder, as per original construction.
•Soft-goods consists of frock coat and separate pant.
•Gloves with demi-gauntlet style armor piece and elastic banding at wrist.
Note: Boots and E-Web blaster cannon are not included due to current licensing agreement.
