The folks over at Jedi News have posted some descriptions of what was on hand at the Nuremberg Toy Fair for Hasbro's Star Wars line.
The report mentions that Hasbro will be launching a new line called "Mission Series". This will be a 2-figure open-boxed set that includes:
- Vader and Interrogation Droid
- Battle Droid and another character
Hasbro's Movie Heroes line will go the way of their Iron Man 3 and Ultimate Spider-Man All-Star waves. In other words figures with limited articulation and accessories to keep the price point down and to be geared more for kids than adult collectors.
Hasbro's The Black Series 3 3/4" line which was announced earlier this week will be packaged in black card style. Though Hasbro had said this line would be essentially a continuation of the Vintage Collection line, they will no be packaged on Vintage style cardbacks. The figures shown where nakin, Padmé and a Clone which appear to be the same Episode 2 figures that had originally been slatted for Hasbro's now canceled "Droid Factory" line.
