I want to customize some of the 25th figures myself, but don't want to make something/someone that Hasbro will then turn around and make, possibly out of the same parts (but with less chance of paint rub), or better than my take (I can dream).
Point is, I think doing Sgt Savage/Extreme/Sigma 6 figures is a great idea- and especially when they're done this well.
make them bigger

I think you did a great job my friend. Never a sigma six fan, but some of the designs are really nice, including that one. I also wouldn't worry about the...ummm... size issue.
