hey i found this too. i might try this actually. it looks like it would work the best out of the things i've seen so far as far as casting a head. i'd still like to know the best way and how to cast guns! that would be sweet

I too would like to know this... i've been looking around online and the lego/clay/plaster/liquid latex thing seems to be the most popular... I know there are things involving pumps to get air bubbles and stuff out but i don't want to do anything that complicated...
i did find this and i might try to do something similar to make a viper head cast. hopefully it will work but i need to get the materials...

i'd rather make them out of resin or something similar, but i don't know if this would work for resin... also can you just melt down plastic chunks and dump them in?
