Star Wars Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser Lands at Toys"R"Us stores!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the launch of LEGO® Star Wars construction sets, the highly anticipated Fan’s Choice Anniversary Edition, featuring Admiral Ackbar’s Rebel Flagship is available now at Toys“R”Us stores nationwide and online at Toysrus.com! Voted on by fans, The Home One Mon Calamari Star Cruiser was selected by visitors to Toysrus.com as the most sought after of three Star Wars spacecrafts that had never been produced as LEGO models.

The 789-piece set, now available in Toys“R”Us stores nationwide and online at Toysrus.com, also comes with an A-wing fighter and six mini figures, including Admiral Ackbar, a Mon Calamari soldier, Mon Mothma, General Lando Calrissian, General Madine and an A-wing Pilot. Each figure, except for the A-wing Pilot, is completely new; and both Admiral Ackbar and his Mon Calamari counterpart sport custom-molded, unique headpieces. The set contains enough pieces to build the legendary ship’s command deck, briefing room and repair hangar, modeled after scenes from Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. After construction, builders can take control of the bridge by directing Admiral Ackbar on his command seat, plan their attack with the Death Star hologram, or take flight with the A-wing that features an opening cockpit, rear doors and two flick missiles.

This limited edition model can now be found in Toys“R”Us stores nationwide and online at Toysrus.com. Check out the Fan’s Choice collectible here , along with the “Behind the Bricks!” mini-video documentary that discusses the 10 year history of the LEGO® and Star Wars partnership.
