Too much, too soon with American Gladiators? Perhaps. Or, perhaps it was that American Gladiators was on successfully during a time without scripted programs because of the WGA Strike. But now, Gladiators is up against Dancing with the Stars (Ugh!) and the FOX combo of Bones and House (Yay!) and it is getting its head bashed in.

Or, is this stink of failure coming from TNA and Matt Morgan being involved with the show? That TNA stink can bring a lot of things down.

The real story about Gladiators' popularity should come in about three weeks when all of the big shows are off for the summer. Hopefully NBC will hold off on canceling it until then.
