Star Wars - X-Wing Red 2 Vehicle

By Jay Cochran on 2009-02-13 in Action Figures
According to Forbidden Planet, Hasbro will be releasing the following vehicle.

The X-wing fighter has become the symbol of the Rebellion. Swift, reliable and highly responsive in battle, this rugged craft is capable of absorbing plenty of damage in combat. X-wings have flown in all the major battles against the Empire and are the preferred fighters of Rebel pilots. In the bustling Alliance hangars, X-wings are prepared for another battle with Imperial fighters, as pilots and technicians check engines, instruments and weapons. One Alliance pilot, Wedge Antilles, flew an X-wing in the Battle of Yavin as Red Two and as Red Leader in the Battle of Endor.

Ship comes with accessories and a figure.

To my knowledge, the Hot Wheels 1:50 scale Tumbler and Comic Book Batmobile hasn't been released yet. Hollywood Die-cast did a report on these on Monday, May, 5, 2008. Here are 4 links, with the 1st to the main Hollywood Die-cast website(Look for the report "5/5/08 - Wal*Mart's Going Batty!"), with the rest to pictures of these 1:50 scale vehicles in packaging, with the 2nd to the 1960's T.V. Batmobile, the 3rd to the 1960's T.V. Batcycle, and the 4th to the Batman: The Animated Series Batmobile:

As well, I bought 2 of the Hot Wheels 1:50 scale 1960's T.V. Batmobile for someone. I did a scan of the Canadian packaging verison(Both front and back), and sent it to the person who does the Batmobile History website. He posted them on his MySpace account's Blog. Here's the link to The Batmobile History's MySpace Blog which features my scans:
