To my knowledge, the Hot Wheels 1:50 scale Tumbler and Comic Book Batmobile hasn't been released yet. Hollywood Die-cast did a report on these on Monday, May, 5, 2008. Here are 4 links, with the 1st to the main Hollywood Die-cast website(Look for the report "5/5/08 - Wal*Mart's Going Batty!"), with the rest to pictures of these 1:50 scale vehicles in packaging, with the 2nd to the 1960's T.V. As well, I bought 2 of the Hot Wheels 1:50 scale 1960's T.V. Batmobile for someone. I did a scan of the Canadian packaging verison(Both front and back), and sent it to the person who does the Batmobile History website. He posted them on his MySpace account's Blog. saw these today. The enire wave consists of Animated Batmobile, '66 Batmobile, '66 Batcycle, DK Tumbler and Comic Batmobile ...they had everything in plentiful supply except for DK and Comic cars.
