I dont like Alyosha either... that guys is an #$###. I dont know where he gets off bitching at people who are complaining that they haven't received a figure they paid for a year ago.
He says, "don't air out my dirty laundry here" because he knows he is a @##@ and ripping people off... he asks them to take it to PMs... but then he blocks them when they have bad things to say.
I read the post ur talking about... I really didnt see much of a problem with it to begin with. it wasn't that nasty.
and a month??? holy jeebus! I usually go with 5 days.. and thats only when somebody does something really bad... not just picking on somebody.

I sent him a PM telling him I edited his post and to knock it off.(#1)
Alyosha responded to everyone in the post including Xhairs explaining things.
Xhairs again spouted off, so I sent him another PM warning(#2) and posted in the thread to knock it off(#3)
He still didn't get the picture and posted more crap.
I thought that he got more than enough chances to cool it, he didn't, I also PM'd and warned Alyosha, but didn't give him an official one cause he was the one that was being "attacked" by someone that had nothing to do with the transaction at all.
Xhairs doesn't like Alyosha, even admited it to me in PM, he attacked him at Joecustoms and at Goodtogocustoms for the same thing and again, he had nothing to do with any of it, he just wants to rub his nose in. And for the record, when I jumped into the thread, Alyosha told him to PM him to keep it off the boards, so X was the one instigating it all in the first place.
I warned Alyosha that when he came back, to not retaliate if he said anything, to just warn us report the thread and we'll look into it.
I thought it was fair to suspend him, if you don't, he's not going to learn anything, that's how I see it.. basically you're saying he can go ahead and cause trouble all he wants, what's the point of the suspension option if you're not going to use it and what's the point of having mods if you're going to countermand everything that they do? I just don't see the point.
I'll do what you say, but I just want it known I don't agree with it. You're basically making me look like a fool and a mod that doesn't matter.
XHairs has been emailing me, Im at botcon so dont have time to really investigate this, but he says Aloshyia was threatening him via pm. Xhairs has been a pretty good long time member and I know Aloshyia has had multple problems in the past with people cause he gets all bent out of shape when someone says something negative about his customs. I dont know who was at fault here, but since both are long term members I am going to give them each one more chance. Joe please un suspend Xhairs and send both him and Aloshiya final warning stating that if eithet of them continure to bring this crap here they will both be banned permenantly.
I was originally gonna do 7 days, but the fact that I gave him 3 warnings in PMs and a couple in the thread to cut it out and it was like he didn't even listen to me.. so, I figured, if I did a week, he'd be back here starting crap again, if I give him a month, then he'll seriously think about it more.. and if he starts more crap, well, he'll get the Joerhyno 10-year special.
One month? DAMN! I guess I'm easy-going compare to the RHYNO! @lol@
