Cartoon guy here. If I ever did feel like army-building BATs, it'd just be the show version with the red face masks. I think regular Cobra troopers are at the top of my army-building list (to whatever extent, my army-building urges even exist =). With show BATs, I'd guess really 3 tops.

no wonder why I have been seeing alot more Torpedos and Wild billd warming the pegs latley because most of us already have them, just like that Cobra Viper has been warming the pegs for a few weeks now.

Damn, 1 BAT per case. That means that they are going to be very hard to find, because most people are just going to buy the BAT and leave the rest of the figs. to warm the pegs.

What we need is a BAT PACK.

Come on Hasbro, were begging you.

We certainly do, but what I really want is a Duke 5-pack.

Seriously though, the wave 10 cases will also have a BAT packaged in them according to BBTS.

Yeah, we need a Bat pack and a snow serpent pack (I know the extreme condition set exists, but for those of us who don't order from online).

Its a good thing that wave 10 will have BATS though, otherwise there will be a lot of disappointed fans.

Still, the others may not be peg-warmers. A lot of collectors may decide to use some of the characters for customs - Hawk, Bazooka, and Ninja Ku are easy bases to use.

I have two and one or two on the way. I think I might stop at four, maybe six.

question,

Does a case of wave 5 only include 1 BAT and 1 Snow Serpent in the case?

The first case includes 2, but most online retailors got very few, and I do not believe any made it to stores. Since then all revision cases include 1 of each, and two figures from previous waves you probably do not want (wild Bill and Torpedo in R1, and Flash and Major Bludd in R2).

got 3 BATs and 3 Snow Serpents. Have 1 more of each from a online order. And helped a fellow collector out and gave him a set of the 2.

I plan on getting, maybe, 10 of each. They just look so good. Normally i don't troop build but i just can't pass on these great looking figures.

i have 3, all moc still.... I dont think I will get more.. these guys are too expensive for me to army build, even though I love the Bat.

I actually think I might return mine and go for the cleaner version that is coming out later. I dont like the paint wash he has on his metal parts.

I plan on 5 or 6, I'm halfwat there.
