Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but it seems in repainting the character, a few (for me 2 out of three) have had too much paint applied in the area of inside their right hand, making it difficult to hold anything. I had to cut it back with a razor and sandpaper to get it back to normal. Just me, or has anyone else seen this?

One of mine (out of two) had the same issue. I haven't done anything to it yet. I just put the gun in the other hand and set him up next to the other one.

Did the US fight another war in Korea in the late 1970s that I forgot about? I hope this was a typo!

Dude, EvilStar's not a historien. But you get his point. Just bump them up to the next war.

I think they did a better job with the Python Patrol group run by Major Bludd.

It will be intersting to see if we get a full fledged Python Patrol Pack, now that we have the "full team" (well almost). Cobra, Cobra Officer, Crimson Guard, Viper, Tele-Viper and Copperhead.

Exclude the "officer" and it would make a perfect 5 pack.

What do you think of the way the vehicles were colored?

Not crazy about it. To be honest.

They aint as bad as that PPCrimson Guard, but they're all too purple. I guess I'm just into the black, light gray, and light green of the PPOfficer. Plus, they're lame choices for vehicles! Where's the PP HISS tank? Or the PP Stinger? The PP Fang? Why does the PP get those fakey looking vehicles like the ASP and the STUN (which looks like it should be on a golf coarse!)?

Guess it's over for EvilStar and the PP.

I'm looking at the TigerForce and it's a little better. At least they have cool vehicles. But Frostbite??? Come on! This guy is supposed to fight in the snow!!! Like that???

They should've had an Artic Force sub-group.

They could've included:

Snowjob

Ice Berg

Frost bite

Snake Eyes in his heavy coat.

Were there any other artic troopers?

Hasbro had plans back in the day according to yojoe.com to do a arctic sub team. Worse part is,those plans were for 1995.

Once a few years go by, and it seems like one war is too long ago to make sense that a character who's not getting any older could've been in that war, I just bump them up to the next war.

Back in the 80's, yeah. Snake Eyes, Stalker, Duke, and STormShadow were all in Vietnam, but by the 90's, I bumped them up to the Korean War, and then in the late 90's, I put them in the Falklands. By 2000, I figure its safe to put them in the First Gulf War and in a few years we could put them in Iraq or Afganistan.

Luckily, there's always another war right around the corner!

Also, why would Americans have been fighting in the Falklands?

Blizzard, Windchill, Snow Storm, Avalanche (BF2000), Cold Front and Sub-Zero. You could always throw in Stalker too.
