I havent seen a prime so far but plenty of Bulkhead and Starscream... Maybe the scalpers got to him first...

Wave 2 cases either all contain Starscreams or a perticular assortment does. Either way, the point still stands, seeing Starscream does not mean Prime is/was there.
Seeing Starscream doesn't mean Prime was even there, since Starscream shipped in wave one cases as well. The case I saw contained two bulkhead, one megatron and one starscream.

Im wondering if there isnt 2 case packs like wave 1 and 1.5
