After nearly ten years, Star Wars was returning. The Original Trilogy was returning to theaters with the "Special Editions", Kenner's "The Power Of The Force" (2) was in it's second year, and work had begun on the "Phantom Menace." At the time, Star Wars' main web presence was as part of Twentieth Century Fox's website, so, Lucasfilm launched StarWars.com. Lynne Hale (director of publicity, 1986-), Pablo Hidelgo, Steve Sansweet, and many others, look back on the launch and development of the website.
