Harrison Ford's son, Ben, reports that his father is "...Battered, but ok..." after the plane he was piloting crash-landed at a Los Angeles golf course Thursday. Prior to the crash, Ford reported "engine failure" and requested "immediate return." When paramedics arrived on scene, Ford was outside of the plane; and although he was bleeding and suffered gashes on his head, he was "alert, conscious and breathing," in "fair to moderate" condition. No one else was reported injured. Ford's son, a Los Angeles-area chef was at the hospital, and tweeted, "He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man,...Thank you all for your thoughts and good vibes for my dad."
