On May 18th, in Orlando, Florida,
artist Vanessa "Banky" Farano was formally inducted as an honorary member of
the 501st Legion (
Makaze Squad - Florida Garrison). Miss Farano has worked on a number of
Star Wars trading card sets, such as Topps
Star Wars Galaxy 6 & 7, Galactic Files, and cards for Celebration VI. In the picture below, from the ceremony, she is pictured with
fellow artist, and honorary member, Michael Duron and legion member "Dejawavu DZ-2646"
