Sale? Isn't 6.99 the standard price now...? There are probably a dozen or more CGs on the shelves of my local K-Mart. They've been there for months, and they're still at $6.29.

In the brick-and-mortar stores the Cobra Air Troopers have been warming the pegs for awhile now.

I guess nobody is army building these. But I bet you when the demand for army building starts, then Big Bad Toy Store (BBTS) will jack the price back up.

Not only those two, but also the Fred/Scarface two-packs for 8.99, cheaper than in the stores! Looks like it's time to amp up the ranks!
