Emperor Palpatine's Name Revealed?

Apparently, an advance copy of the upcoming novel, Tarkin, (written by James Luceno, and due out Nov 4th) has revealed the full name of the Emperor as Sheev Palpatine. With Tarkin being created in collaboration with the Lucasfilm Story Group, I believe this name is now considered part of the official canon.
