In addition to the previously announced
Omnibus, the Marvel Comics Star Wars run will begin with new three titles;
Star Wars, by Jason Aaron and John Cassaday,
Star Wars: Darth Vader an ongoing series by Kieron Gillen and Salvador Larocca, and
Star Wars: Princess Leia, a five issue mini series by Mark Waid and Terry Dodson. The titles, which were announced during Marvel’s “Cup o’ Joe” panel at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, will take place immediately following the end of
Star Wars: A New Hope. The series will roll-out starting in January, starting with
Star Wars, and a new series launching each month.
