OK thanks. This Kmart has just done a reset (which I think is a first for this Kmart). So I wasn't sure if I missed something or what.

This tag has been around since the very beginning of the 25th Line. It was simply a misprint based on some original solicitation. For whatever reason, K-Marts have yet to take it down. It caused quite a stir way back when, followed shortly by disappointment, lol.
$27.99 looks like K-Mart's price for the 5-pack. It's probably just a typo or the wrong info was entered to make the tag.
Isn't that the price that Kmart charges for the 5-pks?
