I remember seeing that. But I think the idea is probably scrapped. I don't remember but I think they said no more X3 figures.

Well, a figure of the winged character based on x3 flick was made, so don't fret yet.

I am not sure where you can see the pic at, but I believe someone posted a proto of it on here some time ago.

I thought Superman Returns was mediocre at best. I really enjoyed the X-Men flicks (even the third). And I wouldn't mind an X3 Angel.

Thanks! Half the reason for this thread was to show it off. I won't lie

I'd much rather see the current look from x factor comic seires where hes switched back to the more apocalypse styled look with the blue skin & metal wings

I must say though I wouldn't mind if they gave us one just so you could finish off you're sweet movie display! Nice setup! Love the first xmen comic done by jim lee & signed on display too

Well he had a son b/c Superman slept with Lois in the fortress and then reversed time, I don't want to get into a time travel discussion but if he reversed it so they didn't sleep together how can she be pregnant?

Yep, this plot hole was too big for me to overlook, no matter how hard I tried.

Add to the fact that for Cyclops to have any chance of believing he was the father, he would have had to have met, and hooked up with Lois immediately after Superman left. I'm talking right away! He was gone for 5 years and the kids was 5 at the very least.

Add to THAT the fact that Supes would never leave without saying goodbye......yeah, I can't believe plot holes like this sliped by creators who knew anything about the first movies.

X-Men? Overall, good movies. X3 was not they way I would have gone, but yeah, I still want a movie Angel!!!!

Yeah and the LL getting out of jail, meeting a rich old lady, marrying her, and getting her fortune seems to be the biggest stroke of luck ever. Also did anyone think it was weird that a test shuttle is attached to a plane full of people? That is like saying "Hey, who wants to test our new tanning gun? It was taken from an old flame thrower, haven't tested it yet and just loaded it full of gasoline, who wants to test it first?" Also where in the hell did Superman get his ship to come back to Earth with?

Hasbro may have said they are done with X3 figs, but with the solo Wolverine flick and a molded Angel already made, its possible that he could see the light of day yet.

As far as the movies, I LOVE X1 and X2. Two of my fav superhero movies of all time and if it was not for X1 we would not be in this suprehero freenzy movie wise. X3, was ok to me. Superman Returns bothered me for several reasons, one the SUperman looked to girly, the Lois actress SUCKS, and the fact he had a son.

But anyway Hasbro prolly won't release an Angel figure for X3. I have a feeling though that they should release it a comic book version in the MLs or maybe in an X-Men line. You will prolly see a big resurgence in X figures when Wolverine gets closer to being released.

off topic - superman wasen't that good!!

on topic - you may not see a movie angel, but there will be a lot more angels made sometime down the line i'm sure...or you may have to settle for a custom!!
