Fox Unveils Exclusive Star Wars Episode III Trailer During The O.C.
FOX takes a huge leap to the dark side with the world premiere of an all-new trailer for this year's most highly anticipated film, "Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith," during a new episode of THE O.C. Thursday, March 10 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). THE O.C.'s resident "Star Wars" fan, Seth Cohen, would be proud.
FOX is the first place to see the full-length "Revenge of the Sith" trailer. The trailer will be released in theaters on March 11, along with "Robots," the new animated feature film from Twentieth Century Fox. "Revenge of the Sith" hits theaters worldwide on May 19.
In "Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith" – the final installment of the "Star Wars" saga – the Clone Wars rage as the rift widens between Chancellor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) and the Jedi Council. Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen), the young Jedi Knight with an allegiance to Chancellor Palpatine, struggles to keep his marriage to Padme' Amidala (Natalie Portman) a secret amid the turmoil. Seduced by promises of power and temptations of the dark side, he pledges himself to the evil Darth Sidious and becomes Darth Vader. Together, Sidious and Vader set in motion a plot of revenge against the Jedi, leading to a climatic lightsaber battle between Vader and his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor), that will decide the fate of the galaxy.
On the all-new episode of THE O.C (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), Lindsay's actions have left Ryan and Caleb confused. Marissa is trying hard to make her new living situation work, but needs a break and agrees to join Summer, Seth and Ryan at the mall. Julie and Kirsten await the arrival of the new editor of Newport Living (guest star Campbell), but Julie is distracted when she's visited by an opportunistic man (guest star Messner) from her past. Meanwhile, Sandy and Caleb finally bond over all of their recent experiences.
