Jonathan Kasdan (“Solo: A Star Wars Story,” “Dawson’s Creek”), is the showrunner, and the roster of directors, each of whom helmed two consecutive episodes, includes Stephen Woolfenden (“Outlander”), Debs Paterson (“A Discovery of Witches”), Philippa Lowthorpe (“The Crown”), and Jamie Childs (“Doctor Who”). The writers are John Bickerstaff (“The Romanoffs”), Hannah Friedman (“Obi-Wan Kenobi”), and Jonathan Kasdan. Years ago, I had heard a pitch on the Screen Junkies youtube channel for a show or movie where the thirty-year-old warrior queen Elora Danan (raised by Mad Martigan and Sorsha) and her chief sorcerer, Nelwyn ambassador, and oldest friend Willow go an a quest to defeat a new evil. I hope this show resembles that pitch, but I suspect it won't.
