Production On Season 3 Of The Mandalorian To Begin Soon, Boba Fett And Other Star Wars Spinoffs Possibly In The Works?

Just two episodes into the second season of the Disney+ series, and filming is said to soom begin for season three. Following months of pre-production work, sources say production could begin as soon as next week, possibly late November/December, or even early 2021. Earlier this year. then-Disney CEO Bob Iger hinted at the company’s plans for spinoff series based on some of the series' characters, some rumored characters include Boba Fett, Cara Dune, and others.Sources say a Boba Fett series could even bein production first, possibly delaying production on The Mandalorian for a month.

In casting rumors, Sophie Thatcher (When the Street Lights Go On, Chicago Med) is said to be a ne addition, but, it is unclear if she ill be joining The Mandalorian, an offshoot series, or both.
