The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire. “The Mandalorian” stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito. Directors for the new season include Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Carl Weathers, Peyton Reed and Robert Rodriguez. Showrunner Jon Favreau serves as executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist serving as co-executive producer.

The second season premieres on Disney+ on October 30th.

Oh, Carl Weathers is going to direct an episode. Okay, I guess. There's a huge difference between The Mandalorian and Silk Stalkings or Sheena, though.

So the lady isn't Ashoka. No head piece. Thought I saw stripes in the trailer under the hood but in this hi-res images Disney released you can see there are none. This actress is confirmed as Sasha Banks from WWE.

Trailer was great. Would have loved a glimpse at Boba Fett but looks like we are going back to Tatooine. Also the snow planet I am assuming is the planet where Ashoka crashed at the end of Clone Wars. While no looks at Boba Fett I assume this is the live-action Ashoka

So cool! Mandalorian ishonestly favorite Star Wars anything since Return of the Jedi. The series is so great with the setup/payoff, planting ideas then paying them off a few episodes later. Great trailer.
