Williams mentioned themes forLeia,Yoda, "the Phantom" and "Darth," which likely refer toDuel of the Fates(fromThe Phantom Menace) andThe Imperial Marchrespectively, but noted his brother "hides them," so we'll have to listen closely.
Now, I don't expect to hear "every theme" (for example 'Jar's 'theme'', the cantina 'theme', Jabba's 'theme'), but, here are my best guesses....
Ep 1 - 3: Anakin's theme,/Across the Stars/Duel of the Fates/Battle of the Heroes
Ep 4-6: Force Theme (Iie "Binary Sunset"), Leia's Theme, "Han and the Princess", Lando's Theme, Droids motiff (music heard in Echo Base Hallway), Imperial March, Emperor's Theme, Yoda's Theme, Falcon pursuit ("Ben's Death & TiIE Fighter Attack")
Ep 7-8/9: Rey's Theme, Kylo/First Order Theme, Resistance Theme
