By Jay Cochran on 2019-04-14 in Movie & TV
Check out the video below which features a live stream of The Mandalorian TV series panel taking place at Star Wars: Celebration. The series is coming to the Disney+ streaming service which kicks off later this year in November 12.

The official logo has been revealed for the series. Pedro Pascal is the Mandalorian. Carl Weathers is announced for the series. Gina Carano plays Cara Dune is an ex-rebel shock trooper. Carl Weathers plays Greef Carga he runs a guild of bounty hunters and wants someone to go after a product he needs so he hires the Mandalorian.

The series will take place between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.

Madalorians's ship is called the Razor Crest.

They actually used members of the 501st to shoot in an episode where they needed a lot of Stormtroopers.

“Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and “Star Wars Rebels” director Dave Filoni directed the first episode.

Other folks who directed episodes includes Taika Waititi (“Thor: Ragnarok”), Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa (“Dope”), and Deborah Chow (“Jessica Jones”).

Jon Favreau served as writer and is the executive producer on the series.

Other cast members include Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, Carano, Emily Swallow, Weathers, Omid Abtahi, and Werner Herzog.

Here is the sizzle trailer someone recorded during the panel and has put online. People weren't supposed to record this so it probably won't stay on YouTube for very long.
