The Wall Street Journal reports in order for theaters to run
Star Wars: The Last Jedi next month, they will have to agree to a new set of requirements. Disney will receive approx. 65% of ticket revenue, and the film must be shown in their largest auditorium(s) for at least four weeks, with an additional 5% penalty
if any conditions are broken. This compares to 64% of revenue and two screen exclusivity for 2015's
The Force Awakens.
