Rumor: 'Star Wars: Detours' To be Released Digitally?

Bespin refugee - January 11, 2015
Sources say Star Wars: Detours, the animated comedy created by Lucasfilm Animation in collaboration with Robot Chicken creators Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, could finally see the light of day. The series, which was revealed in 2012 at Celebration VI, has been delayed since last year. With word of a digital release of the films (supported by these images of 'commemorative figure sets?), there are now signs that 30 episodes of 'Detours' could also be released digitally this Spring.
