Lucasfilm Working With 'The Goldbergs' On A Star Wars Episode

In addition to The Big Bang Theory, Lucasfilm is also working with ABC's The Goldbergs on a Star Wars themed episode. The episode, "A Wrestler Named Goldberg", is scheduled to air May 6th, the week of "Star Wars Day" (May 4th), and is set around 1983's opening of Return of the Jedi.

I hadn't even thought about it, but, yeah, The Goonies (from a couple of weeks ago) was 1985, Jedi will be '83... Although, it works, if you think of each episode as a random vhs tape put into the vcr in the show opening.

Its funny how that show goes all over the decade.At one point it is 1986 another it was 1984..
