No different than JK Rowling being hired to write more Harry Potter spin off films. These studios aren't going to rest at a half dozen movies. Those three movies you really, really liked from your childhood are a cow. It's great that you liked them, you still CAN like them, but they're going to be milked. Milked for all their worth.

"origin" story films...sigh...Well, I guess a decomposing corpse leaves lots of soft spots for continued "working over"...wait, scratch that...they went with "sky's the limit" and not what it really is?
