I got 2 figures signed by him a few years ago.It was the Boba Fett and the Stormtrooper.He sent them back to me.He will be missed.

Y'know, you guys just reminded me...I don't think I ever got that figure. I have most of the "McQuarrie" series figures, but not the man himself.

I have that and the figures that came from his artwork except starkiller

That just hit me I have his action figure they released a few years ago

yup...im getting General McQuarrie out, along with the rest of the Echo Base crew, for a tribute display.

Long before I knew his name, I remember the ESB trading cards w/ his concept art, the concept paintings in the 'souvenir' books, the photo of McQuarrie working on the Cloud City landing platform matte painting, etc... One of the early fan club premiums was a poster of his 'trench run' painting ( (link) - 2nd row, 1st)
