This custom figure was done by Mercury Art Studios who have created a custom 3 3/4" Naga Sadow figure. Here is how MAS describes the making of this figure.

Is Flint supposed to be Iron Man and Roadblock supposed to be War Machine? If so, do you plan on painting the mechs to fit Iron Man and War Machine's color schemes?
