Product Backstory
Not everyone found imbibing in the infamous Mos Eisley Cantina spelled trouble. A gentle Ithorian alien, the hammerheaded Momaw Nadon was a surprisingly peaceful being sitting in a darkened booth that fateful day that Luke Skywalker wandered into the cantina.
Like most Ithorians, Momaw Nadon is a gentle scholar who spent much of his life devoted to the Mother Jungle. Ithorians revere nature, particularly that of their homeworld. To them, the steaming jungles and the lifeforms that dwelled within were sacred. As Ithorian technology developed, the aliens employed repulsorlifts to physically lift their cities into the skies, so as not to taint the blessed surface.
These floating cities, called herd ships, eventually took to space, spreading the wisdom and serenity of the Mother Jungle to different worlds. Momaw Nadon was the leader of a fairly well known herd ship, the Tafanda Bay.
