The folks at 4-Inches.de have posted pics of the deleted scene Biggs Darklighter that is due with Wave 3 of the TAC. It seems it will now include his cape. Many had wondered if it would included one since it wasn't shown at Toy Fair. Now we know it does. Thanks to the good people at 4-Inches.de .
