'Droid Factory' Wave 8 First Look

Here is a look at 8th wave of 'Droid Factory' figures which will be out on shelves by late October 2009. Shown are the following figures:

- Darktrooper Phase I armor
- K'Kruhk
- Space Trooper
- Jacen Solo
- Jaina Solo
- TFU Shaak Ti

Entertainment Earth is now taking pre-orders for cases of these figures that also include Obi-Wan Kenobi (Episode I), Darth Maul (Evolution figure), Luke Skywalker (Death Star II/Jedi Knight), Bespin Wing Guard, Chewbacca (with headset) & R2-D2 with restraining bolt & Jawa stun net.

Too bad we'll have to wait until June 2010 to get them due to Hasbro having an unforseen issue that causes a seven month delay

Since Jaina Solo has a purple light saber and looks a bit like my gf, I have to get this figure and put a custom label on it with her name. Purple is her favorite color and has mentioned she's wanted a purple light saber before.

I like this wave, it's got a lot of expanded universe figs. I think the spacetrooper is very good as well but his helmet makes him look retarded.
