Star Wars creator GEORGE LUCAS is going back in time to oversee a slew of new TV documentaries for America's The History Channel.
The movie mogul is behind six upcoming specials for the cable network, including films about Abraham Lincoln's assassination, Egyptology, soothsayer Nostradamus and ancient China.
Lucas has also commissioned documentaries about global warming and fundamentalist Islam for the network.
