Some Disney Attractions To Close In April For 'Star Wars' And 'Toy Story' Areas

As Star Wars gains more of a presence in the Disney parks, including the recent "Seasons Of The Force", it has been revealed that a number of attractions in Disney's Hollywood Studios will close on April 2nd, to make way for the expansions of their Star Wars and Toy Story lands. The closures include 'Lights, Motors, Action!' Extreme Stunt Show, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure, a Monsters Inc. meet-and-greet, and the Studio Catering Co. restaurant; the 'Earffel Tower' will also be removed, although, no date has been announced. Construction on the 'Star Wars land' is said to begin sometime this year; but, no opening date has been given.
