The Clones would have taken their orders from Mas Amedda. The guy seemed to know more than he let on. Besides,he was the one who got Valorum voted out,what would be so hard for him to take over?

If Palp died who would the clones take orders from? They should have Tag Teamed against both Siths. Palp had just killed almost all the force sensitive people in the galaxy. It doesn't matter that I've seen each of these films seemingly hundreds of times...it's still exciting to see them on tv. They never get old.
