This Jedi Insider Custom was done by DarthOnyx who has created custom Jedi Luke Skywalker figure from "Return of the Jedi." Here is how Onyx describes the making of this figure:

"I made this custom Jedi Luke from using the "sandstorm" Luke waist, legs, right hand, and belt cobined with Rancor Luke torso,head, and arms. Simply boiled and switched. I also used a hot knife to trim a small bit off the neck as it was too long. The hot knife works well because it leaves a melted lip which fits snuggly inside the head and still allows movement without the loss of the head when upside down."
